Welcome to the SVG Attic-Pink & Main Spook-tacular blog hop! We are so excited to have you join us today!
At each stop of the hop we hope you will be inspired by the creativity of the design teams of SVG Attic and Pink & Main. You are sure to find many wonderful projects that will be at the top of your crafting lists!
You should be arriving from Cyndy's blog. If you happened across this post out of order, please head to the SVG Attic blog to start at the beginning of the hop.
Here is the project I created:
I am so excited to share my hop project with all of you. This was definitely a challenging one. However, so much fun and the end result...AWESOME! I used the SVG file from SVG Attic called
JGW Christmas Express. I also used several awesome Halloween stamp sets from Pink & Main: Witch House, Best Witches, and Witch Brew. The two products together were so much fun to create with!
I decided to take this Christmas train and turn it into a Halloween train. Because SVG Attic has awesome step by step and color coded files, I was able to switch out colors with ease.

*Please note that I discovered I made an error in putting together the base of the trains. In this picture it shows two black boxes on top of each other. This is because I did not glue one of the pieces properly. When done correctly you will see it should only be one base piece because the top fits over the bottom. This doesn't make much sense now, but once you start assembling it you will understand.
You will need a strong, quick drying adhesive for this project. I highly recommend a strong tape runner or red-line tape also. Heavy card stock is a must!! TAKE YOUR TIME. There is a step-by-step tutorial that was so helpful in finishing this project. Such care and attention went into it and I could not have completed it without them. Give the cut file and stamps a try!
